Abstract

Возможность генерации высокочастотного магнитного поля, локализованного на наномасштабе, может стать прорывом в наномагнетизме. В данной работе представлена резонансная накачка прецессии намагниченности когерентными фононами, локализованными в области ферромагнитной нанорешётки. Генерируемое при этом переменное (≈ 15 ГГц) магнитное поле локализовано на нанометровом масштабе, амплитуда индукции достигает 10 мТл. Поскольку частота фононов определяется периодом профилирования, появляется возможность управлять частотой генерируемого поля, что открывает возможности разработки наногенераторов микроволновых магнитных полей.
