Abstract

Процесс распространения ИК-излучения описывается механизмом Ходжкина-Хаксли как распространение несимметричного солитона вдоль олигонуклеотидов ДНК. Большинство реакции организма протекают с частотой 2.8 ТГц, соответствующей возбуждению водородных связей в гуанине. Терагерцевое излучение способно стимулировать работу лимфатической системы в головном мозге и теле, что способствует борьбе с ишемическим инфарктом и альцгеймером. Кремниевые наносандвичи были реализованы в рамках планарной кремниевой нанотехнологии. За ТГц излучение отвечают краевые каналы сверхузкой кремниевой квантовой ямы при пропускании тока исток-сток в рамках холловской геометрии. С помощью технологических приёмов можно реализовать любую последовательность частотной характеристики ТГц излучения.
