Рекомендации по выбору машин и оборудования при строительстве монолитного железобетонного здания

Abstract

Магистерская диссертация посвящена подбору комплектов спецтехники для выполнения основных видов работ при строительстве монолитного железобетонного здания. В ходе работы был проанализирован рынок строительной спецтехники и виды ее приобретения. Подробно разобраны виды работ и типы машин, выполняющие эти работы, на основе этого было составлено два комплекта машин: отечественный и импортный. Так же произведен глубокий анализ цен спецтехники и рассчитаны составляющие стоимости в разрезах лизинга и приобретения в собственность. На основе этого были составлены рекомендации выбора строительных машин для монолитного железобетонного здания.
