Abstract

В магистерской диссертации было проведено изучение существующего мирового опыта по проблеме биоповреждения зданий и сооружений. Установлен перечень дефектов, свидетельствующий о влиянии внешних факторов на процесс развития биозагрязнения в строительных конструкциях и материалах на конкретном примере квартиры.Проведен анализ экспериментального обследования на основании установленных дефектов, также проведена оценка целесообразности разработки ремонтно-восстановительных работ здания в комплексе. Выявлена эффективность применения разработанного перечня дефектов на примере многоквартирного жилого дома в п. Петро-Славянка.
