Abstract

Объектом исследования является одноэтажный торговый комплекс общей площадью 1510м², который предполагается возвести в Приморском районе. На территории торгового комплекса предусмотрена стоянка на 100 машино-мест, в том числе 76 машино-мест для посетителей, 5 машино-мест для МГН, 19 машино-мест для обслуживающего персонала. Так же на территории торгового комплекса предусмотрена детская площадка площадью 52м² и площадка для занятия спортом для Ð²Ð·Ñ€Ð¾ÑÐ»Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð»Ð¾Ñ‰Ð°Ð´ÑŒÑŽ 65м². Для безопасности детей и Ð²Ð·Ñ€Ð¾ÑÐ»Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð²ÐµÑ€Ñ Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÑŒ площадки выполнена из резиновой крошкой. Территория площадок отделена от дороги защитными экранами.
