Abstract

Ð’ работе представлены результаты исследования теплообмена и теплонапряженности деталей цилиндропоршневой группы высокофорсированного дизельного двигателя. Целью данной работы является повышение работоспособности и оптимизация Ð¾Ñ‚Ð´ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»ÐµÐ¹ ЦПГ путем внесения ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹. Работа включает в себя обзорную часть, описание Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ‡ÐµÑ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ðº и выводы о работоспособности ÑƒÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»ÐµÐ¹, расчёт двигателя в программе process2000, разработанную модель гильзы цилиндра в пакете КОМПАС 3D, рассчитанную в пакете Ansys Workbench.
