Газодизель для карьерного самосвала мощностью 780 кВт

Abstract

Разработка газодизельного двигателя для карьерного самосвала типа БЕЛАЗ. Ð’ Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ работы были выбраны особенности переоборудования дизельного двигателя в газодизельный двигатель мощностью 780кВт. Проведены расчеты рабочего процесса по методу Гриневецкого-Мазинга, динамики двигателя V8-90° и выбор метода по его уравновешиванию. Были выполнены расчеты на прочность шатуна, коленчатого вала и поршневого пальца. На основании ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ‡ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð² были разработаны продольный и поперечный чертеж двигателя.
