Транспортный двигатель Ne=500 кВт, n=3000 об/мин

Abstract

Разработан проект двигателя мощностью 500 кВт, скоростью вращения коленчатого вала, равной 3000 об/мин. Выбран его прототип. Произведен расчет рабочего процесса двигателя, а, следовательно, определены количество цилиндров и их диаметр. Далее выполнен динамический расчет двигателя, спроектирована схема его уравновешивания. Проверены на прочность основные элементы кривошипно-шатунного механизма. К проекту прилагаются продольный и поперечный разрез проектируемого двигателя.
