По итогу анализа были разработаны рекомендации Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑффективноÑти взаимоотношений Ñ ÐºÐ»Ð¸ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð°Ð¼Ð¸, Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð»Ð¾ÑльноÑти и удовлетворенноÑти клиентов. Также были раÑÑчитана ÑкономичеÑÐºÐ°Ñ ÑффективноÑть Ñтих рекомендаций.
The complex analysis of customer base of LLC «MARSHAL» was conducted in this Master's thesis. We offered recommendations how to improve effectiveness of customer relationship and to increase loyalty and customer satisfaction. Also the efficiency of these recommendations was calculated.
