Abstract

В магистерской диссертации был проведен комплексный анализ клиентской базы ООО «МАРШАЛ». По итогу анализа были разработаны рекомендации для повышения эффективности взаимоотношений с клиентами, повышения лояльности и удовлетворенности клиентов. Также были рассчитана экономическая эффективность этих рекомендаций.

The complex analysis of customer base of LLC «MARSHAL» was conducted in this Master's thesis. We offered recommendations how to improve effectiveness of customer relationship and to increase loyalty and customer satisfaction. Also the efficiency of these recommendations was calculated.
