Abstract

В данной диссертации рассматривается станок модели КУ351МФ3, предназначенный для обработки гребных корабельных винтов, диаметром от 1000 до 2500 мм, с высотой ступиц до 1200 мм и количеством лопастей от 3 до 6 (см. Приложение 1). Станок нормальной точности, для перемещения подвижных узлов, используются направляющие трения-скольжения (см. п.1.2). Повышение производительности и качества обработки, возможно, многими способами, в данной работе рассмотрен метод модернизации направляющих. В ходе работы были определены типы опор для замены, выбрана система автоматического регулирования, рассчитаны размеры опор и сопротивления дросселей. Для анализа динамического качества были построены графики ЛАЧХ и переходного процесса, получены значения запаса по фазе, по полученным данным можно сделать вывод, что размеры и параметры опор, полученные в ходе статического расчета, удовлетворяют требованиям для САРс высоким динамическим качеством.

This dissertation is considered KU351MF3 model machine for processing ship's screw propellers with a diameter of 1000 to 2500 mm, with a hub height of 1200 mm and a number of blades 3 to 6 (see FIG. 1, Appendix). Machine normal accuracy, to move the moving parts, rail-sliding friction are used (see. Section 1.2). Increase productivity and quality treatment possible in many ways, this paper presents a method of directing modernization. The work identified the types of supports for replacement is selected automatic control system calculated the size of the supports and resistance droseley. For the analysis of dynamic quality graphics were constructed LACHH and transient values obtained phase margin, the data obtained it can be concluded that the dimensions and parameters of supports obtained during static analysis, meet the requirements for high dynamic ATS quality.
