Abstract

Цель дипломного проекта - разработка концептуального, компоновночно-конструктивного и дизайнерского решения электроштабелера, способного маневрировать по складу по проходу шириной 1500 мм и работать на высоте до 5500 м. Проведен поиск и анализ известных аналогов, определены их достоинства и недостатки и выбран прототип. Проведен поиск возможных вариантов решения разработки электроштабелера. В дизайнерской части проекта предложена концепция электроштабелера. В разработке дизайн-проекта представлены материалы поиска внешнего вида, из которых выбрано окончательное решение. Даны его цветографические варианты, построена 3-D модель, представлена модель в условной среде, сделана анимация. Подобраны: мотор-редукторы поворотного механизма; гидроцилиндры мачты и гидроцилиндры, обеспечивающие поворот моторно-батарейного отсека; аккумулятор для электроштабелера. Выполнена схема компоновки электроштабелера и кресла оператора.
