Разработка современной системы стимулирования персонала на предприятии

Abstract

Цель исследования - разработать современную систему стимулирования персонала в ООО «Абсолют Строй Сервис», г. Санкт- Петербург. Рассмотрены теоретические основы стимулирования персонала предприятия: охарактеризована сущность стимулирования труда на предприятии, описано социально-психологическое стимулирование персонала на предприятии, изучены надбавки и доплаты как формы стимулирования персонала на предприятии. Проведен анализ хозяйственной деятельности и системы стимулирования персонала на предприятии ООО «Абсолют Строй Сервис», г. Санкт-Петербург: дана организационно-экономическая характеристика предприятия ООО «Абсолют Строй Сервис», г. Санкт- Петербург, проведен анализ кадрового потенциала на предприятии, дана оценка системы стимулирования труда на предприятии. Предложены пути совершенствования системы стимулирования труда в ООО «Абсолют Строй Сервис» путем совершенствования корпоративной культуры и системы оплаты труда.
