Abstract

Объектом исследования в данной работе являются стратегия вывода новой услуги на рынок средств индивидуальной защиты органов Ð´Ñ‹Ñ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ. Цель работы: создать стратегию вывода нового продукта ООО «Респираторный комплекс» - спортивного респиратора на рынок. Ð’ работе рассмотрены теоретические аспекты управления выводом новой продукции на рынок в конкурентной среде. Проведен анализ рынка ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑÐ¿Ð¸Ñ€Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð². Разработана программа вывода нового продукта, на рынок на примере компании ООО «Респираторный комплекс». Рассчитаны денежные потоки по операционной и инвестиционной деятельности. Произведен расчёт экономической целесообразности реализации проекта.
