Влияние эрозии на динамические свойства Ñ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð±Ð¸Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð»Ð¾Ð¿Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ðº

Abstract

Работа посвящена актуальной теме - расчету собственных частот лопатки турбинной установки и учету влияния эрозии на них. Объектом исследования служит лопатка, геометрия которой задана массивами декартовых координат нескольких поперечных сечений. Исследование динамических свойств лопатки проводится с помощью математического моделирования лопатки как естественно-закрученного стержня с использованием теории упругих стержней. Метод возмущений применяется для нахождения малых поправок к собственным частотам, обусловленным изменением механических свойств лопатки в результате эрозии. При определении собственных частот лопатки как трехмерного тела использован метод конечных элементов, реализованный в программе Ansys. Трехмерная компьютерная модель построена в программе Creo.
