Abstract

Цель дипломной работы - предотвращение преждевременной поломки рам грузовых автомобилей. Предлагается на этапе проектирования, используя математическую модель рамы, проведение проверочных расчетов ее напряженно-деформированного состояния и подбор оптимальной толщины сечения лонжеронов и поперечин. При этом достигается сокращение времени разработки новой конструкции. В работе на примере рамы седельного тягача произведены расчёты ее напряженно-деформированного состояния при разных условиях в статике и динамике для разных профилей дороги.
