Целью иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ выпуÑкной квалификационной работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ ÑовершенÑтвование Ñтратегии ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ñтием в Ñовременных рыночных уÑловиÑÑ… на примере ООО «Призма». Ðа пути доÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑƒÑтановленной цели были решены Ñледующие задачи: -раÑÑмотрена клаÑÑÐ¸Ñ„Ð¸ÐºÐ°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ñтратегий ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ - изучены оÑновные ÑоÑтавлÑющие ÑтратегичеÑкого анализа - проанализирована деÑтельноÑть ООО «Призма» - проанализированы факторы внешнего и внутреннего Ð¾ÐºÑ€ÑƒÐ¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ - изучены недоÑтатки текущей корпоративной культуры и кадровой политики -разработаны рекомендации по улучшению корпоративной культуры и кадровой политики.
The purpose of the final qualification work research is the enhancement of enterprise management strategy in modern market conditions on the example of Ltd. Prizma. In order to achieve the established goal the following tasks have been solved: - classification of management strategies have been considered - the main components of the strategic analysis have been studied - activities of Ltd. Prizma have been analysed - factors of an external and internal environment of the entity have been analysed - shortcomings of the current corporate culture and personnel policy have been studied -recommendations on improvement of corporate culture and personnel policy have been developed .
