Abstract

Выполнена работа по анализу эффективности публичного размещения глобальных депозитарных расписок компании Тинькофф Банк, проанализированы тенденции на мировом и российском рынке IPO, рассмотрены преимущества и недостатки становления компании публичной через размещение на бирже. Проанализированы финансовые показатели банка и обязательные нормативы, установленные Банком России. Рассчитаны основные рыночные показатели показывающие привлекательность вложения в депозитарные расписки компании Тинькофф Банк.
