Abstract

В бакалаврской работе разработана технология сварки бака чистого электролита из сплава технического титана ВТ1-0 ручной аргонодуговой сваркой неплавящимся электродом. Выявлены основные проблемы сварки титана, такие как влияние вредных примесей газов атмосферы воздуха, а также разупрочняющее влияние термического цикла в околошовной зоне в виду роста зерна β - фазы. На основании вышесказанного определены: зона взаимодействия газов атмосферы воздуха с металлом, режимы сварки соответствующие термическому циклу, удовлетворяющему прочностным и пластичным свойствам металла шва, а также меры по устранению вредных примесей из зоны сварки. Выбраны сварочное оборудование и методы контроля качества.
