Групповой Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¹ процесс изготовления деталей "Корпуса"

Abstract

Выпускная работа посвящена проектированию группового технологического процесса изготовления корпусов. В работе выполнены анализ технологический требований к деталям группы “Корпусов” и анализ их технологичности, выбрана заготовка и метод их получения, определен тип производства и на его основе выбрано современное оборудование, включающее высокопроизводительно оборудование с ЧПУ. При разработке группового технологического процесса были выполнены автоматизированные расчеты и спроектированы групповые наладки.
