Abstract

Ð’ данной работе для разработки Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ процесса Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ обработки полумуфты шлицевой применялись современные Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸. Использовалось программное обеспечение: SolidWorks, MasterCAM, ToolGuide, Cimco, Компас и другие. Применялись современные методы обработки, оборудование и инструмент. Расчеты производились как традиционными методами, так и с помощью специализированного программного обеспечения. Проанализирована Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ°Ñ документация и Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ðµ требования. Выбран метод получения заготовки. Разработан Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¹ маршрут изготовления шлицевой полумуфты. Разработано станочное приспособление. Разработана ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ð° измерения радиального биения при помощи измерительной машины Сделан заключительный вывод.Ключевые слова: Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¹ процесс, полумуфта шлицевая, станочное приспособление, режущий инструмент.
