Abstract

Данная работа посвящена исследованию и разработке различных конструкций упругих элементов, а также их анализу. Описана методика моделирования упругого элемента тензорезисторных и ёмкостных датчиков силы. Произведено компьютерное моделирование нескольких типов упругих элементов тензорезисторных и ёмкостных датчиков силы. Даны основные рекомендации при проектировании первичных преобразователей.
