Разработка системы оценки и выбора поставщиков ООО «Гранит»

Abstract

Цель - разработка системы оценки и выбор поставщиков на примере ООО "Гранит". На основе анализа показателей деятельности ООО "Гранит" выявлены отсутствие оценки и выбор поставщика системы, обеспечивающей возможности для оценки эффективности логистических операций, вклад каждого поставщика в выручку и прибыль компании, и, таким образом, снижая конкурентное преимущество ООО "Гранит" на рынке нерудных сыпучих материалов.
