Разработка и обоснование антикризисной стратегии на примере ООО «Краснодарское монтажное управление»

Abstract

Выполнен анализ состояния финансовой деятельности общества с ограниченной ответственностью «Краснодарское монтажное управление» за последние 3 года, на основе отчётной документации предприятия, а также спрогнозированы показатели на 2017 год. Посчитаны коэффициенты ликвидности, платёжеспособности и констатирован высокий риск банкротства. А также указаны косвенные причины его возникновения, изъяны во внутренней и внешней среде и возможные пути решения нынешних проблем.
