Abstract

Разработана система мотивации персонала в период строительства и эксплуатации склада для Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ легко-Ð²Ð¾ÑÐ¿Ð»Ð°Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÑÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ жидкостей. Разработаны и предлагаются к утверждению положения «О системе мотивации персонала» и положение «О системе премирования работников» которые будут применены предприятии. Данные мероприятия способствуют сокращению текучести кадров, повышению эффективности выполнения Ñ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ð±ÑÐ·Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¹ работниками.
