Abstract

Выполнено проектирование бизнес-идеи, опирающиеся на оценку и анализ маркетинговой ситуации на городских и областных рынках данной сферы. Проведены различные анализы внешних условий и создана общая корпоративная стратегия развития компании ОАО «Строй Комфорт». Было выполнено обоснование главных функциональных стратегий, отвечающих за организационные моменты и систему управления компании, направленных на достижение поставленных целей, различных задач и планов.
