Контактная сварка стыков труб Ð¼Ð°Ð³Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐ±Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð²

Abstract

В бакалаврской работе рассмотрены возможные варианты сварки магистральных трубопроводов. Проанализированы требования к строительству трубопроводов в соответствие с ВСН 006-89. Выбран метод прокладки магистрального трубопровода. Сварку неповоротных стыков трубопровода предложено выполнять методом контактной стыковой сварки оплавлением. Для обеспечения качественной стыковки труб в работе предложен механический торцеватель. В выпускной работе рассмотрено оборудование для контактной стыковой сварки, предложен комплекс «Север-1». Проверку качества сварных швов осуществляли согласно требованиям руководящих материалов.
