Разработка Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ наплавки цапфы лопасти колеса турбины

Abstract

В выпускной квалификационной работе разработан технологический процесс наплавки цапфы лопасти колеса турбины; рассчитаны режимы сварки, произведен выбор источника питания и сварочных материалов для качественного исполнения наплавки на изделие. Особенностью конструкции является форма: предварительно механически обработанная отливка, сложной геометрической формы, материал сталь 20ГС, работающая в агрессивных средах (коррозия, кавитация, трение), и имеющая большие нагрузки на работающих частях.
