Abstract

Целью выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра является разработка услуги «Выдача полисов ОМС» через портал государственных и муниципальных услуг Санкт-Петербурга. Для достижения цели приведена краткая характеристика государственных услуг, выполнен анализ функциональных возможностей межведомственной автоматизированной информационной системы государственных электронных услуг.
