Abstract

Данная работа посвящена проблемам ресоциализации заключенных на примерах пенитенциарных систем России, Швеции и Финляндии. В ней рассматриваются теоретические аспекты ресоциализации, исторические факты развития пенитенциарных систем в России, Швеции и Финляндии. Приведены примеры конкретных тюрем в каждой стороны. Рассматриваются проблемы ресоциализации заключенных, пути их разрешения, международные связи, комитеты.
