Выполнена разработка методики по иÑÑледованию напрÑженно-деформированного ÑоÑтоÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð»Ð¾Ð¿Ð°Ñтей поворотно-лопаÑтных гидротурбин Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾Ñ‰ÑŒÑŽ программных пакетов конечно-Ñлементного анализа. Проведен раÑчет трехмерного Ñ‚ÐµÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ñзкой жидкоÑти в проточной чаÑти гидротурбины на неÑкольких режимах работы Ñ Ñ†ÐµÐ»ÑŒÑŽ Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ°Ñ€Ñ‚Ð¸Ð½Ñ‹ раÑÐ¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð³Ð¸Ð´Ñ€Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð½Ð°Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑкого уÑÐ¸Ð»Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ поверхноÑти лопаÑти. Полученное уÑилие иÑпользуетÑÑ Ð² поÑледующих раÑчетах Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð²ÐµÐ»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð¸Ð½Ñ‹ напрÑжений, возникающих в лопаÑти под дейÑтвием ÑтатичеÑкой нагрузки.
The article deals with technique of a Kaplan turbine blade fatigue analysis using up-to-date finite element software packages. Three-dimensional analysis of viscous flows at a few operating points in a Kaplan turbine were simulated to obtain the pressure distributions on the runner blades. The results were used in further static structural simulations of the Kaplan turbine runner blade.
