Abstract

Выполнена разработка методики по исследованию напряженно-деформированного состояния лопастей поворотно-лопастных гидротурбин с помощью программных пакетов конечно-элементного анализа. Проведен расчет трехмерного течения вязкой жидкости в проточной части гидротурбины на нескольких режимах работы с целью определения картины распределения гидродинамического усилия по поверхности лопасти. Полученное усилие используется в последующих расчетах для определения величины напряжений, возникающих в лопасти под действием статической нагрузки.

The article deals with technique of a Kaplan turbine blade fatigue analysis using up-to-date finite element software packages. Three-dimensional analysis of viscous flows at a few operating points in a Kaplan turbine were simulated to obtain the pressure distributions on the runner blades. The results were used in further static structural simulations of the Kaplan turbine runner blade.
