Abstract

В бакалаврской работе изучена деятельность ООО "НЭК-сервис" и её основные финансовые показатели, выполнен анализ конкурентов организации, проанализированы основные проблемы ООО "НЭК-сервис" и представлены способы решения этих проблем с использованием методов нейромаркетинга. Создан сайт организации, а также составлены инструкции для проведения переговоров с клиентами. Разработана анкета для выявления психотипов потребителей.
