Применение стратегии «Голубого океана» для МАУ «Сургутская филармония»

Abstract

В данной работе применялась стратегия «голубого океана» для МАУ «Сургутская филармония». Изучены конкуренты и построены SWOT - анализ и БКГ матрица. Так де разработаны этапы для внедрения стратегии к МАУ «Сургутская филармония». Произведен расчет затрат на внедрение стратегии и рассчитан.
