Abstract

Работа посвящена проектированию экскаватора-погрузчика для разработки грунтов и Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÐµÐ·Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ÑÐºÐ¾Ð¿Ð°ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ñ последующим перемещением Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ выгрузкой в отвал или кузов автомобиля. Для данной машины были найдены силы резания обратной лопаты, мощность привода на копание грунтов, мощность на подъем груженого ковша, мощность Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ð° передвижения и определена оптимальная мощность двигателя. Был произведен расчет на прочность рукояти обратной лопаты, расчет и выбор противовеса, расчет производительности.
