Анализ финансового состояния и планирование развития торгового предприятия (на примере ООО «Металлические двери»)

Abstract

Проведен анализ рынка Ð²Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð´Ð²ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ¹. Дана общая Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ° компании и выполнен анализ конкурентов в отрасли. Определены ключевые источники роста. Произведена финансовая диагностика предприятия. Спроектированы варианты открытия нового торгового подразделения. Выполнены расчеты Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑƒÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ Ð¸Ð½Ð²ÐµÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð°Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ñ‚ по ним. Произведены расчеты Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ Ð´Ð¸ÑÐºÐ¾Ð½Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ коммерческой эффективности проектов. Сделан анализ безубыточности проектов. Выполнена оценка эффективности Ñ€Ð°ÑÑÐ¼Ð°Ñ‚Ñ€Ð¸Ð²Ð°ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ð² и выбран вариант для внедрения. Приведен анализ чувствительности.
