Abstract

Объектом исследования является технология высокоскоростной штамповки. Цель работы - разработка технологии высокоскоростной штамповки. В процессе работы проведены анализ текущего состояния технологии и проектирование технологии изготовления детали «Крышка». В результате исследования предложен технологический процесс изготовления детали «крышка». Разработаны чертежи поковки, формообразующих инструментов, штампового блока. Предложена схема автоматизации процесса. Произведено моделирование процесса. Составлена маршрутная карта. Эффективность технологии высокоскоростной штамповки определяется приложением мощного импульса энергии в короткий промежуток времени. Спроектированная технология может применяться для изготовления деталей типа крышек.
