Abstract

Произведен анализ динамики текущего развития сотовых сетей оператора, а также рынка сотовых телефонов и смартфонов. Выделена целевая аудитория розничной сети г. Колпино. Проведено анкетирование потребителей. Согласованы основные потребности покупателей с продаваемой продукцией. Выполнен опрос удовлетворенности качеством обслуживания.
