Ð“Ð¸Ð´Ñ€Ð¾Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ°Ñ трансмиссия для легкового автомобиля класса C

Abstract

Разработана Ð³Ð¸Ð´Ñ€Ð¾Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ°Ñ трансмиссия для легкового автомобиля С-класса с приводом на передние колёса. Расчётная мощность двигателя - 114 кВт. Трансмиссия содержит комплексный гидротрансформатор, планетарную коробку передач, обеспечивающую три передачи вперёд и одну назад, главную передачу, межколёсный дифференциал и ведущие валы на привод Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ´Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð»Ñ‘Ñ. Коробка передач скомпонована в одном картере с гидротрансформатором, главной передачей и дифференциалом в подкапотном пространстве автомобиля. Трансмиссия имеет гидравлическое управление, предусмотрена блокировка гидротрансформатора. Выполнен проектировочный тяговый расчёт трансмиссии автомобиля для определения Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ´Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ñ‚Ð½Ð¾ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹. Выполнен синтез ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹ коробки передач с двумя степенями свободы. Произведён её кинематический и силовой расчёты. Выполнен поверочный тяговый расчёт автомобиля, определены тяговая и разгонная Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ¸. Основные детали трансмиссии - зубчатые передачи, валы, подшипники и фрикционные элементы управления рассчитаны на прочность и долговечность.
