Abstract

Ð’ работе представлены следующие разделы: исследование стойкости сверл Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ€Ð¾Ðº, Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¹ процесс изготовления спирального сверла, проектирование установки для нанесения маркировки, определение себестоимости изготовления сверла, представлен проект участка Ñ†ÐµÑ Ð° по производству сверл, безопасность и Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð° труда. Проведены исследования на износостойкость сверл из Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð². Построены зависимости износа от времени обработки. Разработан план участка Ñ†ÐµÑ Ð°, определена требуемая производственная площадь и потребляемая суммарная мощность.

The paper includes the following sections: a research into the resistance of various grades of drills, the twist marking drill production process, marking machine design, a calculation of the drill cost price, a project for the drill production shop area, as well as health and safety issues. A wear-resistance research was carried out for drills made of a range of materials, showing, among other things, the wear related to the processing time. The layout of a shop area was worked out together with the required production area and total power intake.
