Abstract

В данной работе предоставлена информация о целесообразности проектирования автотракторного дизельного двигателя, обоснование выбора его конструкции, приведён расчет рабочего процесса выбранного двигателя, по данным которого проведен динамический расчет КШМ, приложены диаграммы всех действующих на опоры усилий, и сделаны выводы об уравновешенности двигателя. Кроме того, были проведены расчеты на прочность основных деталей, таких как: коленчатый вал, шатун, поршневой палец, силовые шпильки и поршневые кольца. В заключительной части работы приведены аргументы в пользу подтверждения целесообразности производства и эксплуатации выбранного двигателя.
