Abstract

В дипломном проекте спроектирована гостиница категории 4 звезды. Разработаны архитектурные решения, схема планировочной организации земельного участка, конструктивные решения, приточно-вытяжная система вентиляции верхнего этажа, проект организации строительства, технологическая карта на опалубку лестничных маршей, мероприятия по обеспечению пожарной безопасности, смета на строительство. Рассмотрено 3 возможных состава ограждающих конструкций, выполнен теплотехнический расчет каждого из этих вариантов, произведен сравнительный анализ полученных расчетных характеристик и цен.
