7-и этажный жилой дом

Abstract

Проект 7 этажного дома выполнен на основании задания на проектирование. В данном проекте разработан 7-ми этажный жилой дом. Данный дом представляет собой 7-ми этажное монолитное здание со стропильной крышей и подвалом. На 1 этаже расположены офисные и коммерческие помещения. На 2-7 этажах расположены, двух- и трех- комнатные квартиры. На техническом этаже расположены машинные отделения лифтов и выходы на кровлю.Здание запроектировано с полным комплектом инженерного оборудования.В проекте предусмотрено благоустройство территории Здание запроектировано двухсекционным, семиэтажным, каркасно-монолитным с облицовкой кирпичом. Несущие стены расположены в продольном и поперечном направлении. Фундаменты монолитная ж/б плита. Разработаны технологические карты на основные виды работ.
