Abstract

В настоящей бакалаврской работе разработана технология строительства при проектировании двухэтажного коттеджа на семью из пяти человек. В дипломе были разработаны схемы генерального плана, чертежи фасадов и поэтажных планов, разработан проект технологии строительства, предусмотрены вопросы охраны окружающей среды.Все решения проекта соответствуют действующим нормативным документам в строительстве.При разработке использованы нормативные и инструктивные документы и государственные стандарты, утвержденные Госстроем РФ, Государственным Комитетом РФ по вопросам архитектуры и строительства на территории Российской Федерации. В проекте определен фундамент неглубокого заложения, разработаны схема генерального плана, чертежи фасадов, планов этажей, кровли. Целью работы является разработка проекта технологии строительства на всех этапах. Все решения проекта соответствуют действующим нормативным документам в строительстве.
