Конструкторско-Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ðµ и инструментальное обеспечение металлообработки на ÑÐ²ÐµÑ€Ð»Ð¸Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð½ÐºÐ°Ñ Ð½Ð° базе модели 2А135М1

Abstract

Первая часть посвящена модернизации привода главного движения вертикально сверлильного станка модели 2А135 для которого были назначены режимы резания, построен график зависимости мощности (момента) от частоты вращения шпинделя, подобраны Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ñ‹Ðµ параметры Ð·ÑƒÐ±Ñ‡Ð°Ñ‚Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð»ÐµÑ между валами привода, произведен расчет ременной передачи и подбор электродвигателя. Вторая часть посвящена расчету и проектированию Ñ€ÐµÐ¶ÑƒÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ð½ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð², а именно: призматического фасонного резца и комплекта метчиков. Для каждого режущего инструмента подобраны и рассчитаны Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ñ‹Ðµ конструктивные параметры и сконструированы чертежи. Ð’ третьей части описывается Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ изготовления детали “ступица червячного колеса ”, для которой были определены основные Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ðµ задачи, выбрана заготовка и маршрут изготовления, спроектированы Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ðµ операции, рассчитаны припуски и допуски на размеры, произведено нормирование операций.
