Abstract

Данная выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена проблеме патента, как форме охраны прав по поводу объектов промышленной собственности. Проблема обеспечения охраны патентов является одной из тех, которые преследуют человечество с момента возникновения творчества и науки. В связи с этим широко распространена процедура защиты прав правообладателя путем закрепления, в нормативно-правовых актах норм закрепляющих его индивидуальное право собственности.
