Abstract

Объект исследования - ООО «ГК Мегатэкс». Предмет исследования - система управления на предприятии ООО «ГК Мегатэкс». Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является анализ аспектов системы управления в ООО «ГК Мегатэкс » и её совершенствование. Разобраны теоретические основы формирования аспектов социально-психологического стимулирования персонала на предприятии. Проведён анализ хозяйственной деятельности предприятия ООО «ГК Мегатэкс». Благодаря анализу системы управления в ООО «ГК Мегатэкс» выявлены недостатки в организационной структуре компании и нехватка персонала. Разработан проект для улучшения системы управления ООО «ГК Мегатэкс». Определена эффективность предложенных мер для улучшения системы управления.
