Ð¢ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¹ процесс изготовления детали "Колесо зубчатое "

Abstract

Ð’ первом разделе выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра представлен анализ Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸ обрабатываемой детали “Колесо зубчатое”, проанализированы вопросы выбора заготовки и методов ее получения, проведена разработка Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ процесса изготовления детали, выбор оборудования и оснастки, расчет режимов резания и нормирование операций. Во втором разделе работы представлен порядок расчета Ñ€ÐµÐ¶ÑƒÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ð½ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² для обработки заготовки на Ð¾Ñ‚Ð´ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ð°Ñ†Ð¸ÑÑ : фасонный дисковый резец, комплект метчиков и червячная фреза для нарезания Ñ†Ð¸Ð»Ð¸Ð½Ð´Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð·ÑƒÐ±Ñ‡Ð°Ñ‚Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð»ÐµÑ. Ð’ третьем разделе представлена автоматизация одного Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÑ Ð¾Ð´Ð° обработки заготовки. Проанализированы и выбраны загрузочное устройство и отсекатель. Произведен расчет элементов загрузочного устройства, построена циклограмма работы загрузочного устройства и станка.
