Ð¢ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¹ процесс изготовления детали "Фланец скользящий промежуточного вала"

Abstract

Ð’ первой части приведен анализ Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸ обрабатываемой детали «Фланец скользящий промежуточного вала», спроектирована заготовка и проанализирован метод ее получения, спроектирован Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¹ процесс изготовления детали, выбрано оборудование и оснастка, рассчитаны режимы резания и произведено нормирование операций. Во второй части приведен расчет режущего инструмента по заданным параметрам. Производится расчет инструмента: фасонного дискового резца, комплекта метчиков и червячной фрезы. Ð’ третьей части произведена автоматизация Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ процесса обработки фаски детали «валик». Выбраны и проанализированы загрузочное устройство и отсекатель. Произведен расчет элементов загрузочного устройства и построена циклограмма работы загрузочного устройства и станка.
