Ð¢ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¹ процесс изготовления детали "Вал"

Abstract

В первом разделе выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра представлен анализ технологичности обрабатываемой детали “Вал”, проанализированы вопросы выбора заготовки и методов ее получения, проведена разработка технологического процесса изготовления детали, выбор оборудования и оснастки, расчет режимов резания и нормирование операций. Во втором разделе представлена автоматизация одного перехода обработки заготовки. Выбраны и проанализированы загрузочные устройства и отсекатели. Произведен расчет некоторых элементов загрузочного устройства и построена циклограмма работы загрузочного устройства и станка. В третьем разделе представлен порядок расчета режущих инструментов для обработки заготовки на отдельных операциях: фасонный дисковый резец, комплект метчиков и червячная фреза для нарезания цилиндрических зубчатых колес.
