Ð¢ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¹ процесс изготовления детали "Корпус червячного редуктора"

Abstract

Ð’ первом разделе выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра приведен анализ Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸ обрабатываемой детали “Корпус червячного редуктора”, проанализированы вопросы выбора заготовки и методов ее получения, проведена разработка Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ процесса изготовления детали, выбор оборудования и оснастки, расчет режимов резания и нормирование операций. Во второй части дипломной работы произведён расчёт режущего инструмента: фасонного резца, комплекта метчиков и червячной фрезы для Ñ†Ð¸Ð»Ð¸Ð½Ð´Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð·ÑƒÐ±Ñ‡Ð°Ñ‚Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð»Ñ‘Ñ. Ð’ третьем разделе работы представлена автоматизация одного Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÑ Ð¾Ð´Ð° обработки заготовки. Отобрано и проанализировано загрузочное устройство. Осуществлён расчёт элементов загрузочного устройства. Построена циклограмма работы загрузочного устройства и станка.
