Ð¢ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¹ процесс изготовления детали "Цилиндр"

Abstract

Ð’ первом разделе выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра разработан Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¹ процесс для детали "Цилиндр" вместе с комплектом документации, включающим в себя Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÑƒÑŽ и графическую части. Во время выполнения Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ части произведён подробный анализ Ð¸ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ , определён тип производства и выбран метод получения Ð¸ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ заготовки. Сформирована структура операций и определена последовательность Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÑ Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð², рассчитаны режимы резания и нормы времени. Во втором разделе выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра спроектировано несколько Ñ€ÐµÐ¶ÑƒÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ð½ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² для обработки заготовки на Ð¾Ñ‚Ð´ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ð°Ñ†Ð¸ÑÑ : фасонный дисковый резец, комплект метчиков, и червячная фреза для нарезания Ñ†Ð¸Ð»Ð¸Ð½Ð´Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð·ÑƒÐ±Ñ‡Ð°Ñ‚Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð»Ñ‘Ñ. Ð’ третьем разделе произведена автоматизация одной Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ операции. Произведён выбор и анализ загрузочного устройства, построена компоновочная ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ð° вместе с циклограммой. Результатом выполнения стал чертёж автоматизирующего устройства.
